These Creator Channel Terms ("Creator Terms") apply if you enroll in Creator monetization on Vibz. They supplement the Vibz Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Token & Subscription Terms. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in those documents.

By enabling Creator monetization, accepting subscriptions, or configuring a Channel, you accept these Creator Terms.

1. Eligibility

To become a Creator and earn payouts you must:

our Payout Provider (currently Stripe Connect);

Creator payouts (published in the Creator dashboard);

located in a comprehensively-sanctioned jurisdiction.

We may decline or revoke Creator status at our discretion if you do not meet these requirements or if your account is the subject of an unresolved enforcement action.

2. Channel ownership and content license

You own the original content you create and post to your Channel.

You grant Vibz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g. transcode, generate thumbnails), distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your Channel content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, improving, and promoting the Service. This license ends when you remove the content or your account is deleted, except for content that has been shared by other users (which may persist on their devices).

You retain control of your Channel name, branding, and audience relationship subject to these Creator Terms and the Community Guidelines.

3. Content standards

All Channel content must comply with the Vibz Community Guidelines, the Trust & Safety policy, and applicable law. In particular, Channels may not:

sexualize minors in any way;

solicitation;

substances, gambling, tobacco, alcohol to minors, etc.);

Repeated or severe violations result in demonetization, Channel removal, and account termination.

4. Monetization mechanics

Subscribers pay for access to your Channel in Tokens. The Token price for a subscription period is set within ranges we publish in the Creator dashboard.

Creators receive a percentage of the net Token revenue from each Subscription, after Platform Billing fees, applicable taxes, payment-processor fees, and the Vibz service fee. The current Vibz service fee and Creator share percentage are published in the Creator dashboard.

Boosts on your Channel content also accrue net Token revenue under the same terms.

We do not guarantee any minimum earnings, audience, discoverability, or recommendation placement.

5. Payouts, taxes, and tax forms

Earnings accrue as a USD-denominated payout balance in your Creator dashboard. Payouts are disbursed by the Payout Provider on a regular cadence (currently weekly) once your balance meets the minimum payout threshold (currently USD $50).

You are responsible for:

or equivalent for non-U.S. persons);

or other taxes applicable to your Creator earnings;

account.

We may withhold amounts where required by law and may issue Form 1099-K or equivalent reporting to tax authorities.

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Creator Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and Vibz.

6. Sponsorship and brand-content disclosure

If you receive any consideration from a third party in exchange for posting Channel content (including products, money, services, or discounts), you must:

and equivalent rules in your jurisdiction;

content itself (e.g. "#ad", "#sponsored");

Failure to disclose may result in content removal and demonetization.

7. Suspension, demonetization, and appeals

We may suspend monetization, freeze your payout balance, or remove your Channel for:

applicable law;

earnings;

Where the law and our internal process permit, you may appeal a demonetization or Channel-removal decision through Settings → Channel → Appeal. Appeals are reviewed within thirty (30) days.

8. Termination and post-termination

You may close your Channel at any time. We may terminate your Channel for cause as described above.

On termination of your Channel:

to their natural end where reasonably possible;

amounts, is paid out subject to KYC and applicable holds;

Service, except for content cached on subscriber devices.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations that by their nature survive (tax compliance, indemnity, prior breach, content licenses to subscribers who have already received the content).

9. Disputes and governing law

These Creator Terms are governed by the laws specified in the Vibz Terms of Service and are subject to the same dispute-resolution provisions, including the binding individual arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, and 30-day arbitration opt-out window.
