This U.S. State Privacy Notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies if you are a resident of a U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law, including (as of the last-updated date) California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.
If there is a conflict between this Notice and the Privacy Policy for a covered resident, this Notice controls for that resident.
In the last twelve (12) months we have collected the following categories of personal information described in U.S. state privacy laws. We collect from the categories listed in Section 3 of the Privacy Policy and use it for the purposes listed there.

We process the following categories of sensitive personal information for limited operational purposes only and do not use them to infer characteristics about you:

private-group messages, the content is end-to-end encrypted and Vibz cannot read it; for public posts and public-group messages, Vibz processes the content to operate, moderate, and display the Service.
You may limit the use of sensitive personal information by deleting content, leaving conversations or groups, and deleting your account.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not have advertising trackers in the app and do not exchange your personal information with advertising networks for monetary or other valuable consideration.
We share personal information with service providers acting on our behalf as described in Section 2 above. These transfers are not "sales" or "shares" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the applicable state laws.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
information we have about you;
advertising (we do not engage in either, but you can register your preference);
portable, machine-readable format;
similarly significant effects (we do not currently use automated decision-making in ways that produce such effects);
exercising your rights.

You may also send a written request to privacy@marketvibz.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by the applicable state law (typically 45 days, with one allowed 45-day extension).
We will verify your identity using the phone number associated with your account before producing or deleting personal information.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization (signed permission) and we may require you to verify your own identity directly with us.
If we deny a privacy request, you may appeal by replying to the denial email within forty-five (45) days. We will respond within sixty (60) days of receipt of the appeal. If we deny the appeal, we will provide instructions on how to contact your state Attorney General's office.
We do not offer financial incentives in exchange for the collection or sale of personal information.
