Delete Specific Vibz Data

You can delete specific content or request deletion of particular categories of personal data without deleting your Vibz account.

Delete content in the app

• Delete your own posts and comments from their in-app menus.
• For messages, Delete for me removes the message and its key material from your account view, but the shared message and a recipient's copy may remain. A sender can use Delete for everyone within one hour of sending. Use the request process below if you need review of associated uploaded media or other retained message data.
• On Profile, tap your display name or status to edit it. Tap your profile photo, then Remove photo, to remove it.
• Turn off contact discovery from Profile → Account → Privacy → Find people you know to stop future contact syncing. Contact matches stop affecting recommendations within 35 days; use the request process below to request deletion review of retained contact-match records.

Request deletion of other data

Email privacy@marketvibz.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Identify the Vibz account and describe the specific data you want deleted. We may need to verify that you control the account before acting on the request. We will respond within 30 days.

Data we may retain

We may retain limited safety, fraud-prevention, legal-hold, and statutory reporting records where the law permits or requires it. Our Privacy Policy describes the applicable categories and retention periods.
